Shipping Policy
We currently offer complimentary shipping exclusively within the United States.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via USPS.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please note:
Popins is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your building does not have a secure delivery area, we recommend requesting a signature upon delivery. This service is not included by default and must be arranged in advance—please contact us at hello@shoppopins.com to request it.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re happy to review international orders case by case. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to place an order, email us at hello@shoppopins.comand we’ll see what we can do!
Important Notes:
- Customs & Duties: Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Popins is not responsible for import fees or taxes.
- Delivery Time: International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to customs clearance.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs paid by international customers are non-refundable.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Popins does not assume responsibility for lost returns without proof of delivery.
To initiate a return, email hello@shoppopins.com with your order number. We’ll respond with next steps.
Replacements
If your item arrives broken or damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement.
A photo of the damage or defect is required to process the request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Popins is not responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

We do not provide reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Popins.
